Jason has extensive experience within the residential property sector spanning over a decade. He has in depth knowledge built upon foundations laid down in the agency, valuation, development, project management and investment.
Actively involved in the valuation of thousands of properties throughout England and Wales and with deep routed career history in the property sector, Jason is ideally qualified to lead the Open Property Group as Managing Director.
His ambitions for Open Property Group are straightforward; He wants to develop the business into the leading professional cash buyers of property in the UK. Jason has used his experience and knowledge to build a team that review and consider all property types including; Houses, flats, bungalows, land, tenanted investments, short leases, mixed use buildings, apartment blocks and even office blocks.
Jason is committed to the development and growth of the business and ensuring it is done from sound foundations, he guarantees that Open Property Group will make an immediate cash offer for all types of residential property throughout England and Wales. To achieve this, the Group will consider buying in any condition and regularly carry out renovation and redevelopment projects of all sizes on property they have purchased.

Using his vast commercial knowledge and business acumen Steve is committed to growing Open Property Group to be the market leader in its sector.
Having started his career in sales, Steve moved into the finance market in the early 80’s developing a number of different business enterprises. In 1997, with two partners and just 6 employees, he launched Priority One Ltd providing finance solutions into the consumer market sector.
The business grew and in 2000 acquired the domain name www.Loans.co.uk and was subsequently rebranded under this name. The company continued to grow in both stature and product range and in 2004 was voted 5th in the Sunday Times Best Company to Work for Awards. Steve continued to grow the business and in 2005, with over 600 employees based in the Watford head office and a call centre operations centre in Preston, Loans.co.uk was sold to MBNA Bank.
Steve is an avid sports fan with a major interest in football and rugby and following the sale of Loans.co.uk, he became the owner of Wycombe Wanderers FC and Wasps RFC, where he continued to demonstrate his entrepreneurial approach and commitment to building business excellence.
His passion is building businesses with a strong emphasis and foundation based on customer service, quality and excellence, the integral building blocks on which Open Property Group is built.

Joanne is Company Secretary of Open Property Group and Landlord Buyer. Joanne holds a 2:1 Bachelor of Laws Honours degree and has completed the Legal Practice Course. Joanne also holds an MSc in Law, Business and Management awarded by the University of Law. Joanne is responsible for all compliance, legal and governance matters within the company. Joanne has diverse commercial experience having worked in business brokering, financial acquisitions and financial crime. Joanne previously worked at a Legal 500 law firm in London, working on high profile POCA cases. Joanne works alongside the firm’s Directors, assisting in property transactions and overseeing the operation of regulatory policies.
